The Loyal is John Fraser's signature neighborhood brasserie, inspired by the romance of European hospitality and the energy of downtown Manhattan. Opened in November 2017 and awarded two stars from The New York Times, the restaurant is designed with retro nostalgia featuring artwork hand-selected by Chef John.

The menu is designed for comfort and indulgence, elevated by John Fraser’s signature technique and passion for seasonal produce. Dishes are seasonal, shareable and highly flavorful. 

Beverage Director Amy Racine has curated a global wine program nods to the classics, but winks at the unexpected. The Loyal's wine list feels somewhat familiar, but with just enough twists and turns to get a conversation going.
