The Wall Street Hotel

Chef John Fraser introduces downtown Manhattan to La Marchande, a modernized take on the French brasserie located in The Wall Street Hotel. The alluring menu lightened by a unique, global pantry plays an ode to the restaurant’s proximity to New York City’s seaport, a historical center of worldwide trade.

In addition to La Marchande, Chef John and the JF Restaurants team oversee the food and beverage program for the hotel's all-day lobby bar located on Pearl Street as well as a rooftop terrace with a sweeping view of the New York Harbor and lower Manhattan.
