701West is Chef John Frasers arabesque into fine dining at the Times Square EDITION. A culinary team, led by Chef Rob Lawson offers both a prix-fixe and tasting menu.
The dining room is led by a team of sommeliers pouring Old World wines dating to the 1930s from a 500-label list curated by Wine Director Amy Racine.
The cocktail program by Bar Director Salvatore Tafuri highlights avant-garde style and presentation, such as a Bali Ha’i, a rum punch made with mango noodles, or an old-fashioned with shiitake-infused bourbon and a truffled peach garnish.
