The North Fork Food Truck Is Back!

The locally-loved North Fork Food Truck returns to North Fork Table & Inn this weekend. The Food Truck's first day of service is Friday, May 22 from 11:30am-7:30pm, and it will operate daily throughout the summer.

As a longstanding champion of farm-to-table philosophy, it has been John's dream to open a restaurant on the North Fork, surrounded by farms, vineyards and fisheries.  The North Fork Food Truck allows him to plant his roots in the area before fully reopening the celebrated restaurant later this summer.

The kitchen will be led by Chef de Cuisine Steven Barrantes, who has worked at several of John Fraser's restaurants, including Dovetail, Narcissa, Nix, The Terrace & Outdoor Gardens and 701West. 

The new food truck celebrates summer, and includes a variety of vegetable-forward dishes that will change daily based on locally available ingredients, as well as updated classics such as a lobster roll, deluxe hot dog, vegan caesar salad, a Beyond burger, and elotes. 

Safe social distancing measures will be in place, and all orders from the truck will be to-go only. For a contactless ordering experience, guests will be able to order ahead via the North Fork Table & Inn website.
